Day-Of Coordination Package

1 Month Prior to Wedding Date

Begins at $3,500

For those wanting to plan their own wedding with communication along the way and hands on support in the final months! Includes emails and scheduled calls throughout our time together.

  • Kick-off meeting to get-to-knowone another, learn all about your vision and create a detailed budget

  • Unlimited in-person planning

                 meetings on all wedding topics

  • Monthly check-ins on all planning matters

SERVICE LIMITATIONS:

● Dishes or other kitchen cleanup 
● Busing of guest tables and guest eatery 
● Bathroom Cleanup 
● Returning of rentals

KICKING OFF THE PLANNING PROCESS: 

  • Get-to-know one another and dive into planning (in-person or virtual)

  • Month-of planning checklist

  • Provide preferred vendors list 

 

MID PLANNING:

  • Accompaniment to one vendor meeting (recommended tabletop rental appointment to support with linen and place setting selections)

  • Creation of minute-by-minute timeline 

 

1-2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DAY:

 

  • Final walk-through of the venue(s) and review of timeline and layout

  • Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team 



 

WEDDING WEEK COORDINATION: 

  • Decor drop off and final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor set up)

  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal

  • Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (arrival time, beauty locations, toast order, etc.)

  • Full day-of coordination (up to 12 hours) of wedding party, guests, and vendors 

  • Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography

  • Decorating the ceremony and reception space with décor provided

  • Directing vendors upon arrival and overseeing vendor setup 

  • Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule

  • Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day 

  • Communication with vendors throughout the evening

  • Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night

  • Distribution of gratuities  

  • Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings 

  • Emergency kit on hand

 

Additional fees would apply for weddings with multiple ceremonies, venues, heavy DIY decor or over 200 guests

Onsite 4 hours before Ceremony start time / Oversee end of night breakdown & clean-up

Point of contact for all vendors, bride & groom, VIP guests

Partial Planning Package

6-8 Months Prior to Wedding Date

Begins at $5,500

For those wanting to plan their wedding with hands-on support and design guidance

Includes emails and scheduled calls

throughout our time together.

  • Monthly check-ins on all planning matters

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

BUDGET ANALYSIS MEETING:

  • Together I will go line by line through a spreadsheet creating a detailed budget. Every single item from shoes to menus will be included to give you an accurate snapshot of what your dream wedding will cost. Along the way, I will offer creative suggestions of ways I can help you stay within your desired budget and prioritize for the greatest impact

 

Personalized recommended list of available vendors based on style, personality and budget

  • I create a personalized recommended vendor list with the best fit for you! I’ll take the hundreds of back and forth emails off your plate and present to you a list of vendors who are available on your wedding date, fit within your budget, match your personality and can bring your vision to life.

 

Design questionnaire, consultation, and creation of a summarized design presentation for overall vision of the wedding

  • I’ll send you a design questionnaire to fill out together to help me get to know your style, taste, and ways I can personalize your wedding. I then have a consultation to dive deeper and ensure I am clear on your vision. Lastly, I create a summarized design presentation based on your preferences mixed with my design knowledge and ideas for personalization. This presentation is perfect for sharing with loved ones, helping you select attire, and showing vendors to express your vision.

Accompaniment to Florist, Specialty Rentals and Catering appointments

  • In addition to joining for your rental selection appointment, I also join for meetings with your florist, caterer and speciality rentals (ex. lounges, backdrops, etc.) I will schedule the meeting on your behalf, attend it together with you and have a call after the proposal has been received to suggest any necessary revisions.

1-2 MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY:

  • Adjustment of final rental order based on final guest count
